How you opt in
Text messages are optional and you are never signed up automatically. You opt in by ticking the box marked “Text me about my repair” when you book an appointment on our booking page. The box is not ticked for you. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and we will still work on your car if you say no.
What we send
Only messages about your own repair. We send at most two:
How often
A few messages per visit — normally one when your estimate needs approval and one when your car is ready. We do not send marketing, promotions, or newsletters by text.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and we will not text you again. Reply HELP for help, or call the shop on (831) 387-7181. You can also just ask us at the counter.
Cost
We do not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your own mobile carrier. Message delivery is not guaranteed and can depend on your carrier.
Your number
We use your mobile number to service your repair and nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your messaging consent with anyone, and no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
